Racist Bigots Misogynists and Political Pundits

I guess most racist and bigots may think of themselves as racist and bigots. I also guess most White (European American) political pundits don't see White Americans as racist and bigots. They probably believe racism and bigotry is not permanent.

Male and female misogynists also voted in the 2024 election.

Money Power Narcissism

What does a narcissistic man, who has money and power, want for the rest of his life?  He probably wants more money, power, admiration, and glory. The people he helps will know right away, the people that will be hurt may not know for years.

Protection & Obedience

Some people are not willing or mentally capable of altering their long held beliefs.  Some people are mentally capable of seeing the gray areas, the nuances, the necessary compromises.

There will be another election. The present is a good time to educate the masses with historical facts with the hope it will enlighten the electorate.

Google African Americans Chicago

I asked Google; what is the future for African Americans living in the city of Chicago Illinois?

Generative artificial intelligence overview.

The future for African Americans in Chicago is uncertain, with the city's Black population declining and many Black residents leaving:

Population decline

The Urban Institute projects that Chicago's Black population will drop to 665,000 by 2030, down from a peak of about 1.2 million in the 1980s.

Factors contributing to decline

Some factors that may be contributing to the decline include a rising cost of living, job loss, violence, and a lack of civic resources. Other factors include the demolition of public housing, the closing of Chicago Public Schools, and over-policing.

Impact on power politics

The loss of Black residents is changing Chicago's power politics.

Sense of being left behind

Some Black residents feel left behind as other Black people move away from Chicago.

Foundations for progress

There are many foundations for progress, including neighborhood advocacy groups, youth leadership groups, faith-based organizations, and more.

Equity

The City of Chicago strives to create a future where identity and social status no longer determine life outcomes.

What is generative artificial intelligence?

Generative artificial intelligence, also known as generative AI or gen AI for short, is a type of AI that can create new content and ideas, including conversations, stories, images, videos, and music. It can learn human language, programming languages, art, chemistry, biology, or any complex subject matter.

A declining African American (Black) population is not the problem, our challenge is to end the distrust that most African Americans have for each other.  If we can end that distrust, Chicago will have a smaller,  but a more vibrant African American (Black) community.

Hope Fear Harris Trump

Former President Donald Trump pedals fear and perpetuates ignorance.

The fears of millions of Trump voters are understandable, a few states and many cities have a minority of White European Americans. Donald Trump offers Americans hope that the Republican Party can raise up White Christian Conservative values to the pinnacle of culture and politics in the United States of America.

I hope Vice President Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party will pass a Bill that will offer Medicare for all Americans that want it. The main goal is to insure Americans don't become financially crushed by medical bills.

The Democratic Party can also mandate the US Department of Education to help prepare below average students for good paying jobs that don't require a Bachelor's degree.

Black Identification

I thought about writing a blog post about people seeing me as racially ambiguous. It takes me one hour to wire three somewhat coherent sentences. Maybe I should read a few pages of a Danzy Senna novel to get some inspiration.

GROSS: You're very light-skinned. And a lot of people first meeting you assume you're white, and then they're confused that you identify as Black. Though, I think now is it fair to say you identify as biracial?

SENNA: No, no. I've always identified as Black. And I don't really - it doesn't come up in the same way anymore, partly because I've written six books.

GROSS: Yeah. So can you talk about how your idea of being, you know, multiracial or biracial has changed as your extended family has grown, and, you know, the people represented in that family have changed?
