If asked, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson may say he is implementing people-based and place-based economic policies. I want him to teach some Chicagoans how to conduct themselves in a civilized manner.
These people need to be taught how to act like they got some damn sense!
These Chicagoans throw trash on the ground. These Chicagoans don't sweep the street curb in front of their house two or three times a week. Some of these Chicagoans "be all loud" with their music or arguments. Some of these Chicagoans let their children or grandchildren just hang out in the streets.
Some of these Chicagoans don't use social media or email to be well informed about their community.
Economic investments in a disinvested neighborhood is good, but Mayor Johnson can also teach thousands of Chicagoans how to be good neighbors.Marc Sims
