Where Were You Raised, And Who Raised You?

Mayor Rahm Emanuel ain't humble and lovable.    Mayor Rahm Emanuel is also not the kind of guy you want to have a beer with.  However he is the kind of Mayor that we African Americans need.
We African Americans (aka Black People) need a strong Mayor to tell us  "It’s about values.  Where were you raised, and who raised you"?   Mayor Rahm Emanuel said that when responding to the June 2012 murder of a 7 year old girl in the Austin neighborhood.

This was another very sad murder in Chicago.   These crimes are basically happen every day in Black neighborhoods.  For decades we African Americans have allowed these crime happen.   Now there is a Mayor of Chicago that could directly and indirectly motive African Americans to dramatically reduce the crime in our neighborhoods.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel has asked a few radio stations in Chicago to open and close their shows with the anti-gun message and air public service announcements featuring radio personalities and celebrities.  This could be the start of some much needed social engineering for low income Black neighborhoods.   It’s about values.  It’s about where were you raised, and who raised you.
