Does the
public schools have the resources to stop disruptive students from
destabilizing an entire classroom?
Does the
public schools have the resources to help students who do not turn in their
homework?
If so
why can't so many African American boys read at grade level?
Why do
so many African American males drop out of high school?
There are
daily street crimes that are committed by African American men who probably read
and wrote below grade level when they were in grammar school.
