They are neighborhoods in Chicago where only
a few teens and young men that destabilized the entire neighborhood. I
guess these young men struggled to read, write, and complete their homework
assignments in elementary school. I'm also assuming these teens and young men
had adverse childhood experiences.
Education experts know what is needed to improve educational outcomes for low
income students. Chicago residents with power and resources have to be
persuaded to help reform the bureaucracy that prevents innovation in public
education.
