In 2012 Mayor Rahm Emanuel told Chicago Teachers Union President Karen Lewis “25 percent of the students in this city are never going to be anything, never going to amount to anything and he is never going to throw money at it." 

Did some of today's neighborhood criminals attend the Chicago Public Schools while Rahm Emanuel was Mayor of Chicago?
