Mayor Lori Lightfoot should place a greater emphasis on the development of children and CPS students. This could create low crime environments where businesses would want to invest. Shifting money away from policing to after school and Saturday school programs that would keep children and teens busy learning the human skills needed to prosper in a world of algorithms and artificial intelligence.
