Question: Why
can't every Chicago Public School student read and write at least at grade
level?
Answer: Because Chicago's Politicians, Chicago's
business leaders, and Chicago's religious leaders have yet to make it a top priority.
Ensuring
that every Chicago Public School student read and write at least at grade level
will drastically reduce the crime in Chicago and help make Chicago a city that
people want to move to and raise their children.
