What is the best way to stop the crime in low income Black (ADOS) neighborhoods?

Reparations?

Universal Basic Income?

Trade/Apprenticeship High Schools?

The Crime of Not Learning

How are the boys doing in school? Most of the crime and drama in low income neighborhoods would end if the public schools educated all students for the jobs of the present and future. Most of the neighborhood crime is committed by teens and men. These students left their average public school without learning how to learn.

I’m addicted to Facebook.  However I would delete my Facebook account if there was a mass movement to delete Facebook.  That movement may take years of organizing and persuading.   Some new social media co-operative or some benevolent social media developers will have to offer me a new addiction.
