In a perfect
world every child would attend “the best” preschool, elementary school, and
high school. Even in that ideal world of
equally resourced public schools would not produced equal educational
outcomes. However no student should struggle
in school reading and writing below grade level. Concerned individuals have to demand that government
and philanthropic resources are directed to help poorly performing students succeed
in school.
