African American (Black) Chicago's Last Hope?

Most of African American (Black) Chicago is in a decline and part of that decline is because of failed (Negro) leadership.

City of Chicago Treasurer Kurt Summers gives me hope. He is one of the last hopes for Chicago’s declining African American neighborhoods.

Most of the educated and successfully integrated African Americans (The Black Bourgeoisie) got paid, and left the Black poor and working class in the lurch.

New visionary leaders are needed to help the poor and working class African Americans create crime free vibrant neighborhoods.

Harvard University researchers found that in Chicago, gentrification seemed to grind to a halt in places where the population was 40 percent black.

Chicago’s Jewish Mayor & The Underclass

Should Chicago’s Jewish mayor impose some Jewish values on the underclass to stop the crime?

 From the book:

The Jewish Phenomenon: Seven Keys to the Enduring Wealth of a People

SO, THE JEWS VALUE EDUCATION. WHAT CAN I DO?

1. Build your child's self-esteem

2. Build the ability to defer gratification

3. Choose the best education possible

4. Develop and demonstrate informed and literate habits

5. Create the education expectation

6. Keep your skills up to date

Nurture the strong ego and self-esteem of the child.

Reduce the impact of peer pressure by maintaining close family
relationships and delaying independence from the home.

Set high standards for educational and professional advancement.

As a community, reinforce those high standards.

Rahm Emanuel can also suggest the reading of his brother's book.
